JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client requires a Medical Device Territory Manager to cover hospital accounts in Alberta.
This individual will be required to achieve budgeted sales quotas within the territory by developing relationships with key stakeholders and capitalizing on sales and service opportunities with existing and new customers.
Ideally, applicants will reside in the Greater Calgary Area (GCA). Individuals residing in the Greater Edmonton Area (GEA) will be strongly considered.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, develop and execute sales plan to successfully close opportunities
Share clinical, product and technical knowledge with customers to ensure successful installation and use of equipment
Accurate Sales forecasting
Achieve annual sales objectives
Track and report using company CRM
Attend trade shows as required, including set-up/tear-down, generation of leads
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Degree from a college or university or a Healthcare-related Diploma (RN/RT)
3-5 years’ experience selling medical capital equipment, devices, related consumables and clinical solutions to acute care centers
Familiarity with hospital settings and procedures earned through sales and/or clinical experience
Excellent presentation skills
Willingness and ability to travel within the territory as required to maintain business, manage new opportunities, attend Canadian/US meetings, industry events and training
Excellent time management and communication skills
Fluency in the use of MSO applications
