I have no healthcare or consumer product sales experience but I am interested in transitioning my career. How do I do that?
The usual criteria for consideration includes a degree or relevant diploma and direct sales experience.
What is the best method for me to submit my resume to Henry Hill & Associates Inc. (HHAI)?
  1. If you would like your résumé included in future opportunities and don’t see a position that matches your experience under ‘Current Postings’, then email a current version to:  Resumes@HHAI.ca.
  2. If you see a position of interest under ‘Current Opportunities’ AND meet/exceed the Requirements and Education then we encourage you to apply via the Current Postings link.
If I send my resume to one consultant, would other consultants be willing to assist me?
Yes, depending on your qualifications. Resumes are proprietary to HHAI and are not ‘owned’ by any single consultant.
How long do you retain resumes?
If a resume contains the type of background that our clients generally require it will be retained indefinitely. Candidates are encouraged to forward updates following changes in coordinates or employment status or information. Candidates’ resumes and the information contained therein will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What is the best document format in which to submit a resume?
We prefer that all resumes are forwarded as an attachment in an MS-friendly file format (i.e. .doc or .docx).
To whom do I send my updated resume if I’ve spoken to more than 1 consultant?
We suggest that you:

  1. E-mail your update to: Resumes@HHAI.ca. HHAI has a terrific system in place to ensure all consultants are made aware of any updates.
  2. Prior to submitting your updated resume directly to a consultant, please ensure that you have read and are in agreement with our Privacy Policy.
